When I first heard that the Long Winters would be performing at the Crocodile on May 26, I thought our co-founder, Heather, was crazy. Neumos, May 20th, 2010: Do you remember the first concert you ever attended? The adrenaline was palpable and it was amazing to feel the music vibrating through the floorboards. But, sadly, you become blasé over time. You know where to stand, what to drink, and can predict the encore. Once in a while, though, there is a show that still manages to captivate. It was a particularly cold night as we hit the scene once again in search of reporting on our local acts. Our very own “The Crocodile” was playing host to Seattle bands Grand Hallway, Friday Mile, and our distant Portland friend, Richie Young of Loch Lomond.
