First Thursday Preview: June 2010

Opening Thursday, June 3rd:
New Members: New Work @ Gallery 110
For the month of June, Gallery 110 will feature a group show of new artists. With no theme uniting the featured works other than their mutual newness to the gallery, this is sure to be a show filled with dramatically different work.
New artists to Gallery 110 include Jan Cook, Meredith Essex, Becky Frehse, David Jayne, Robert Horton, Gary Oliveira, Claire Renaut, Nancee Rostad, Ray Schutte, Sonya Stockton and Sue Wren.
Opening reception: Thursday, June 3rd – 6-8pm

Monochromatic May: 31 Days in Grey @ Gallery4Culture

Normally when I go on the First Thursday art walk around Pioneer Square, I go straight from Howard House to SOIL, passing the space on the corner of Washington and Third. But last week, a friend of mine suggested we check out what Gallery4Culture had to offer for the month of May.
